Funds will be reserved immediately upon transaction initiation. Your card will be charged only when we ship your item.

We do not charge any fees for card transactions.

PLACING AN ORDER

Orders can only be placed through our website. We do not accept orders via email or any other method.

Only credit cards accepted by us can be used for payments.

We reserve the right to deny service at our discretion.

Our online store is available 24/7, although it may be temporarily offline for scheduled maintenance typically performed overnight to minimize disruption.

Orders placed on weekends or Danish public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Your order will be processed if your payment information is valid and you comply with our terms.

We reserve the right to terminate your order without compensation under certain conditions, such as incorrect payment details, website errors, or suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be notified via email and may modify or cancel your order.

the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party not including the courier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision via a clear statement.

Email us at webshop@rezon8t.com before the 14-day period expires.

Simply refusing to accept delivery without informing us does not qualify as a valid withdrawal.

COMPLAINTS

All purchases made as a consumer are governed by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which provides a 24-month warranty on purchases.

If you encounter issues such as missing deliveries, defective merchandise, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at webshop@rezon8t.com.

Include your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and photographs documenting the issue.

Damage due to improper handling, inadequate upkeep, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Return: You may return the item(s) for a full refund once we process the complaint.

Exchange: Currently, we do not offer exchanges.

Shipping Costs Refund:

If your complaint is justified, we will refund "reasonable" shipping costs.

Ensure the item is returned in proper packaging and obtain a shipping receipt for reimbursement.
